Ranging from desktop to industrial size printers, our 3D printing farm offers possibility for FDM and SLA 3D printing with standard filaments like PLA, PETG, ASA or industrial materials like NYLON, PEEK, PEEK/carbon.

About the service

The 3D manufacturing section at Future Innovations LLCOP is organized in three sections: FDM 3D printing, SLA and DLP 3D printing, with a Bio 3D printing section in development

The 3D process

Idea

For something to be created, first its need to be an Idea.

Design

With help from our designers your idea will become a 3D model

Prototype

After the model is made we use additive manufacturing methods to create the first prototype

Production

If the initial results are satisfactory we can continue with serial production of the desired model

FDM 3D printing

Our 3D printing farm consists of sixteen printers ranging in build volume from 200*200*200mm up to 600*600*600mm, including two PEEK ready printers and a belt printer with an infinite Z axis for printing of large series of parts.

SLA and DLP 3D printing

Equipped with three DPL printers and a Formlabs Form3 printer, we offer micron size printing precision for small and delicate parts. Ranging from standard materials used for miniatures and art, up to professional materials used in engineering, manufacturing and dentistry. We offer castable wax 3D printing for direct use in gold jewelry.
